Eyes shut (if possible)
Natural deep breathing
Calm yourself
Enjoy the quiet moment.
Stress is such a major issue with all peoples of all ages today. Everyone deserves
a PLACE and a TIME to just soak in the silence … with no background noise.
Begin with a few moments in your car, your bathroom, outside in nature.
Then increase the time of “sacred silence” to nurture your spirit and recharge your batteries.
You deserve it!
