Listen attentively this week to the sounds of Christmas: hymns and carols, old and new, meditative and exuberant do fill the air!  Which melodies or words touch you and keep running through your mind?  Which speak to your heart especially this year? Perhaps reflection will lead to an important holyday/holiday prayer for yourself, your family or our world today. I like the last line of “O Little Town of Bethlehem”: “The hopes and fears of all the years are met in thee tonight.” And pray for peace in our world.
